Evgeny Fetisov

Managing Director

Responsible for the deals in the financial services and other sectors, as well as structuring the second private equity fund.
Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Mr. Fetisov worked in senior positions in real estate businesses. During 2001-2003 he worked for McKinsey & Co on projects in the financial sector, metals and mining, pulp and paper. Since 1994, Mr. Fetisov has worked in commercial banks, since 1997 – at the Citibank treasury, where he was responsible for trading in the currency markets and developing structured products for large corporate clients. Evgeny attended Harvard Business School Real Estate Management Program in 2007 and Private Equity and Venture Capital Program in 2010 and graduated from the Finance Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation (International Economics) in 1996.

Slava Moriy

Investment Director

Slava is responsible for Kazakhstan and central Asia private equity projects, managing relationships with local institutional investors, regulatory authorities, and professional market participants. Before joining Da Vinci Capital Slava worked in Renaissance’s Capital Equity Structured Product Group, where he focused on developing business in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Slava has also held a number of senior positions at IFD Kapital, Rossiyskiy Credit Bank, and Mezheconomsberbank. He has an MA in Economics from the Moscow State University.

Olek Teonidis, CFA

Executive Director

RResponsible for the deals in the financial and other sectors. Has over 10 years of experience in financial services including investment banking, management consultancy, integration and strategic management with key focus on financial institutions. Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Mr. Teonidis worked in senior positions in Renaissance Capital, Allianz CIS, Rosno as well as founded investment boutique, Leadway Capital with focus on M&A and management consultancy in FIG. He has led a number of M&A transactions in FIG, including sale of IC Otechestvo to FK Otkritie, sale of new shares of IC Universalna to EBRD (first EBRD direct investment to Ukraine insurance ssector), acquisition and integration of IC ATF Police (Top 5 in Kazakhstan), IC Progress Garant (Top 20 non-life in Russia), IC Medexpress (Top 20 in medical insurance in Russia), creation of VTB-ROSNO and ROSNO Ukraine (Allianz Ukraine), sale of Delta Credit (Top 1 private mortgage bank in Russia) and private placement of Universalna (Top 10 in Ukraine, ) . Also, Olek assisted Allianz acquisition of IC ROSNO (Top 3 deal in insurance sector in CIS) and executed wide range of management consultancy . Olek is a CFA chart holder.

Andrey Novikov

Director

Andrey joined Da Vinci Capital in 2011 and is responsible for deal origination and execution in FIG, including banks, payment systems and relevant IT services. Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Andrey spent 4 years as Associate Director within KPMG Corporate Finance, Moscow. Andrey was responsible for advising clients on variety of corporate finance issues, focusing on M&A transactions, restructuring, and fund raising. My Bank, Bank St. Petersburg, Expobank, SB Bank are among Andrei’s clients. Early Andrey was with PwC Advisory for 2 years, focusing on valuation and financial modeling. Valuation of McDonald’s production facilities in Russia, Afisha Publishing House equity valuation, and Gloria Jean’s brand valuation are among Andrey’s completed engagements. Andrei started his professional career in Espro Management, Russian subsidiary of Portuguese real estate investment fund, where he was responsible for debt financing, working closely with Sberbank, IFC, EBRD and other financial institutions.

Evgeny Ivanets

Senior Investment Analyst

Evgeny is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, deals origination, structuring and execution. Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Evgeny worked at Ernst&Young as a Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant of Transaction advisory department, Evgeny was responsible for financial and operational due diligence of companies in the financial sector. His experience at Ernst&Young also includes business advisory, audit and M&A engagements in Russia and Georgia. Before Ernst&Young Evgeny worked in the Regional Department of Progress-Garant Insurance Company. Evgeny graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics. He is a CFA Level III candidate and ACCA student.

Sergey Yarmish

Senior Investment Analyst

Sergey is responsible for the financial analysis of companies, structuring and execution and has experience of more than 4 years in financial consulting. Prior to joining the company he worked in VTB Capital and participated in a number of M&A and IPO deals. His work experience also includes companies like Ernst&Young and Deloitte. Sergey has industry expertise in FIG, oil & gas, infrastructure and transportation. Graduated with honors from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 2008.
